Q: How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add your favourite items to the cart, and follow the checkout steps. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, email us at support@barksandmews.com.au as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options displayed at checkout. Payments are safely processed by trusted third-party providers—we never store your card details.

Q: What happens if an item is out of stock?

Q: What is “Authority to Leave” (ATL)?
ATL allows couriers to leave your parcel in a safe spot if you’re not home. Once delivered with ATL, responsibility for the parcel transfers to you.

Q: Do you deliver to rural or remote areas?
We do our best to reach as many locations as possible, but some remote areas may have delivery limitations.

We offer 30-day returns for change of mind—as long as the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll receive a store credit or exchange once we inspect the item.
