Delivery and Authority to Leave (ATL)
We aim to deliver all products quickly and reliably. However, sometimes delays happen due to shipping issues or other factors beyond our control. Barks & Mews is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by delivery delays, and we can’t guarantee the accuracy of estimated delivery times.
We also reserve the right not to ship to certain remote or rural areas.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
To make deliveries easier, our couriers may leave your order in a safe spot at your address without needing a signature. The driver will decide if a secure location is available. If they can’t find one, your order may be rescheduled or sent to a collection point.
Once your parcel is delivered using ATL, the responsibility for any loss or damage transfers to you. Barks & Mews and our delivery partners are not liable for what happens after delivery.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that won’t affect the rest. The remaining terms will still apply and stay fully in effect.
Legal Capacity
To use our website, you must be at least 18 years old or legally able to enter into a binding contract.
Law
